Seventh Rize - Full Moon

Another release on the wonderful Perris Records label. Seventh Rize have returned with their second CD, Full moon. Seventh Rize offer up good honest rock and roll with a bluesy edge.

Opening track Full Moon opens with a catchy riff. The lyrics on this track are more 1985 than 2009 but it's still a great track. Dirty Livin' sounds like a heavy Whitesnake and has a really sleazy riff. Full Moon contains some gorgeous riffs and some arena sized choruses. One Last Time is the sort of ballad that you can see causing the lighters to be brought out at a gig and borrows heavily from Bon Jovi but in a good way! The production on this CD is superb which really allows some of the vocal harmonies to shine.

Standout tracks:
Full Moon
Dirty Livin'
One Last Time

Seventh Rize's Full Moon is a competent rock n roll record with good hooks and some nifty riffs. If you like arena style rock then this CD will be right up your street.
