The following e-press has been released for 'Glamour Punks' fans worldwide:
"11 years after the dissolution of the legendary LA band, there was a Glamour
Punks reunion over the phone between former singer 'Man-D' and guitarist 'Mickey
Lord'. Tough though it was, has they hadn't spoken to each other in years; the
magic was still there. After catching up with each others personal lives, the
question finally arose: Will there ever be a Glamour Punks reunion? It wasn't
long before they came up with an answer: true to their musical integrity, they
agreed that no musical reunion was in their interest, but they promised to keep
in touch forever. A Glamour Punks reunion would be at this point physically
impossible to do since: a) by respect for bassist and songwriter Dizzy Damage
(Please Lord, have mercy on his soul) they wouldn't do it without him, b) Man-D
and Mickey Lord are countries apart and c) they don't know where former drummer
Fly T. Hooker and former bass player Staci are

Tom Morgan,
Cruefest Director has made the following statement: - "This is in response
to the statement sent in by The Erotics. They were not banned as they claim,
from Cruefest Hollywood, they were in fact still in the running as one of the
final 11 of the 9 bands voted on. They were simply not voted in. Their remarks
were childish and false, we hope this doesn't deter any Erotics fans from attending
this years event, and good luck to The Erotics in their future endeavours"

The following information was reported by a local radio station in Fresno, CA
:- "The lead guitarist of the 'The Napoleon Blownaparts' (Ajax) was
nearly arrested Thursday night in Fresno, CA, on what was an apparent drinking
rampage. The musician and 2 unknown companions were stopped and questioned by
local police after authorities received several reports of suspicious behaviour.
A patrol car was dispatched to the Herndon Avenue area at 2:30am, after reports
came in that 3 individuals were engaging in rowdy behaviour. The officer arrived
to find the 3 in a white, late model surburban that looked to have been crashed.
Ajax was warned several times to stop laughing; he was close to being detained
for public intoxication and harassment of the officer. Ajax's 2 female friends
were also intoxicated and briefly detained but were released after an hour of
routine background checks and DUI tests. Ajax was not driving the vehicle. Run-ins
with the law are no new thing to the singer/guitarist. Ajax was arrested and
jailed in 1990 for disturbing the peace, public intoxication and assault to
a police officer. He spent the night in jail and was released with a pending
court date. Ajax could not be contacted for comment." The information to
follow is a statement from The Napoleon Blownaparts management: - "As
you may or may not already know, Ajax was involved in an incident involving
the police, as was originally reported by the radio station (above). But here
is the truth
. Ajax was not drinking or driving a white surburban, Ajax
was not on a drinking rampage, Ajax was not involved whatsoever in a car crash
and the police department could not deliver an official police report. The whole
thing is bogus and breaks down to one simple thing, Ajax went out to have a
good time and some shit went down, no big deal, no hard feelings"
