Peter Blast returns to NYC in July for live dates before travelling to Argentina in September for his first South American shows! Listen for Peter on out of Louisville Kentucky starting on Sundays in September. Crossfire will also be playing Peter Blast video’s and conduct a live telephone interview in the up coming weeks

Earlier this month, Spit Like This’ video started getting airplay on the UK’s Scuzz TV. The video that they shot in Jan 2009 and have kept a secret for the past year has finally been released. Upon the heels of his critically acclaimed self-released EP, Texas metal renegade Tommy Bones has ventured back into the recording studio to work on his next full length CD. The upcoming CD promises to deliver a powerful dose of ear shattering metal delivered in Tommy Bones idiosyncratic style. Eight Legs ‘The Electric Kool-Aid Cuckoo Nest’ will be released on Monday 22nd February 2010 on the bands’ own Boot Legs label.The album is preceded by the single ‘Best of Me’, out on Monday 15th February. Watch the video here

Swedish hard rockers Violent Divine will release their third album “Release The Hounds”, on March 11 via Swedmetal Records. The label states, “This will be one of 2010 best albums in this genre. Fantastic raw hard-driving melodic rock ‘n’ roll — just the way it’s meant to be!”

The Smoking Hearts will be stamping their mark on the British music scene on March 8th of 2010 with the release of debut album Pride Of Nowhere. The band has booked up a punk rock collection of dates around the record’s release. The Thermals released a new single ‘Canada’ on 9th February. They’re also currently finishing their 5th LP, Personal Life, with producer Chris Walla. Kill Rock Stars will release it September 7, 2010. The Thermals will soon tour The US West Coast, Australia, China, US East Coast, and finally Canada in July. Hellcat’s finest ‘Orange’ hit the UK’s shores on a two week tour with pop punk favourites Zebrahead and MC Lars from March 16th. Touring material from their hugely well-received third album ‘Phoenix’, the band will kick off proceedings in Southampton on March 16th and appear at several Academies on their route

The Bermondsey Joyriders – a trio featuring members of Cock Sparrer, Chelsea and The Heavy Metal Kids who tout a unique blend of punk rock and slide guitar sounds – will be playing 6 shows in London throughout March and April, to warm-up for their April/May USA tour. Check out details here

Sound of Guns release their new single ‘Alcatraz’ on March 8th through Distiller Records. The single will be available on 7” and digital download and is the first track to be released from their forthcoming debut album, which will be out later this year

Japanese Voyeurs’ second single ‘That Love Sound/Blush’ is out now! To celebrate it’s release, the band are giving away a free track and have also confirmed a few more live dates. You can see the video for ‘That Love Sound’ here

The Gaslight Anthem are now hard at work recording the follow-up to The ’59 Sound with producer Ted Hutt at The Magic Shop in New York City. The album will be called American Slang and is set to be released in June 2010 on SideOneDummy Records. The band has just announced the first of many UK/European tour dates to come, in support of their new album
