Canadian metallers Snake Eyes Seven disappeared from the scene as quickly as they appeared. Snake Eyes Seven released their debut on Chavis Records in 2007 and began playing U.S. shows only to return back to Canada abruptly due to tension within the band. Founder and chief songwriter Cole Stevens put the band on hiatus while sorting out the issues and decompressing from the turmoil created. Snake Eyes Seven hit the studio earlier this year with 13 brand new songs and Cam McLeod (White Wolf) producing. The band is currently finishing up recording and then it will be mixed before heading to L.A. for mastering

Over the span of the past decade New Jersey native John Taglieri has made quite a name for himself on the independent singer/songwriter circuit. What many people may not know is that John actually started life as a rocker with his first album, ‘Leap Of Faith’ being his most successful outing to date. With that in mind, Taglieri has thrown out his acoustic guitars and cranked the amps back up again. On his new EP, ‘Everything We Are’. The six tracks on the EP offer something for everyone. The songs will appeal to the fans of Taglieri’s ‘Leap Of Faith’ era as well as finding ground with new listeners. ‘Everything We Are’ is released Oct. 28 through Leap Dog Music

In Case Of Fire have been announced as one of the acts on 2009’s Kerrang! tour in January. The band, who release debut single This Time We Stand on November 10th will be joining Bring Me The Horizon, Mindless Self Indulgence and Black Tide on the national tour
