News Update: 7th October 2008

October 7, 2008 – 11:48

Ana Isa will henceforth be taking care of FW store updates and ordering as well as new marketing initiatives. She will be working in tandem with Chris McDougall, who will continue to man the London-based shipping. Also on the team is Johanna Sjoberg in Sweden for Scandinavian orders/shipping. “It hasn’t been an easy summer, with many delays on the supplier side. In most cases we’ve managed to make things right, I hope, but we always look forward to hearing from you. We have spoken to the suppliers and hope the winter will be better. In light of that, I am bringing Ana on board prior to us opening a new store that will have several front-ends aimed at other markets. We plan to test it during the remainder of this year prior to launching in 2009. The existing store will continue to operate alongside the new one, so there will be a .co.uk store as well as the new .com multiple shops online. Ana will, from now on, be the main person using the e-mail address. There will be new e-mails for everyone once we roll out the fwmusicstore.com new domain, but that won’t be until the new-year. Neil”
