Hollywood Teasze have just announced plans for a tour of Italy for this coming October. “We want this to be a real success and therefore want to promote the forthcoming tour as much as possible. It is for that reason that we are currently working hard on “pre- promotion” for the tour.” The band will be bringing their over the top stageshow. A barrage of light, colour and sound, and of course, playing songs from their two classic albums “Glamdolls in Toyland” and No Flakes,” along with new material and a few surprises too! The upcoming Italian tour will hopefully take in favourite past haunts of the band, as well as adding new destinations to the itinary. “We will be working with 2 tried and tested companies to book the forthcoming tour and plan to furnish all media with dates and venues as soon as we have them confirmed. We would seriously appreciate any help possible in promoting the tour through all media, ie: magazine, fanzine, web-zine, radio etc. Hollywood Teasze are available for any interviews, features etc in the run up to the tour and will be available also on the road for interview, feature, review. The Crash Moderns are in the running to be selected by MTV2 as NYC’s #1 Rock Band.  “As you can imagine, this is really exciting for us.  But now it’s all in your hands”. They need Crash Moderns friends and fans to vote for them: VOTE (voting ends on 22nd September) Out of the top 20 bands with the most votes, MTV will then select 5 bands to battle it out live at NYC’s Webster Hall on 29th September.  This live performance will be aired on MTV2 and judged by members of The Rock Band Live Tour. The grand prize winner of the battle will go on to open The Rock Band Live Tour featuring Panic at The Disco, Dashboard Confessional, The Plain White T’s and The Cab at The Prudential Center on 2nd November

DC4 lead guitarist Rowan Robertson has laid down guitar tracks for the new movie ‘Dirty Step Upstage’ written and directed by Amber Moelter. ‘Dirty Step Upstage’ is targeted for the upcoming Sundance and Cannes Film Festivals. For anyone that’s been tuned in lately to your television you may have heard a familiar song when the commercial for 20th Century Fox’s major motion picture, “The Rocker” comes on your screen. The Crash Moderns song, Pimp My Life can be heard on TV sets all across America for that cool new flick starring Rainn Wilson from The Office. For those of you who haven’t caught it yet, they’ve grabbed a copy of it from YouTube and posted on the front page of their myspace page.
