Enter Shikari are doing a free show at the University Of Hertfordshire in Hatfield on December 22. The reason is that 500 ticketholders were unable to make the original date on December 19, which went ahead anyway, So, now the band are offering any ticketholders who couldn’t make it the chance to get in for nothing by turning up with their unused ticket. And if you did make it along, then you can also see this for free. Bring along your ticket stub or confirmation of purchase email.

The Bloodhound Gang are to release a 14-track compilation on January 24. Titled ‘Show Us Your Hits’,, it includes the single ‘Altogether Ooky’, out on January 10.

Industrial electronic duo Kidneythieves have reunited and released Trypt0fanatic, their first outing in six years. Vocalist Free Dominguez formed Kidneythieves in 1997 with instrumentalist/producer Bruce Somers. The band rose to fame in 2002 via their song “Before I’m Dead,” which was featured on the platinum-plus selling soundtrack to Queen of the Damned. Kidneythieves formed in L.A. in the late Nineties when vocalist Free Dominguez crossed paths with instrumentalist Bruce Somers. The two shared a love of the claustrophobic, shadowy music that was creeping up from the underground with bands like Curve and nine inch nails.

SPiT LiKE THiS have provided a track from their forthcoming “Normalityville Horror” album for a compilation CD released today called “Glam Metal Heroes”. “Glam Metal Heroes” is on extended release throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland on the Golden Core (ZYX Records) Label and is available on import to the UK via Amazon. Catalogue number GCR 55030-2. The song SPiT LiKE THiS provided, “Zero To Sixty”, sits alongside 17 other tracks including tunes by Skid Row, Hardcore Superstar, Zodiac Mindwarp, Nashville Pussy, Backyard Babies, Gemini Five and other Brit rockers The Quireboys, Million Dollar Reload and Voodoo Six.

The New York Dolls release new album ‘Dancing Backwards In High Heels’ in March. It was recorded in Newcastle with producer Jason Hill.

Obsessive Compulsive have just released a new video for the song Autopsy.

The Poodles are to release new album ‘Performocracy’ through Frontiers on April 15.
