Fading Ways news from Neil Leyton “It is with some degree of regret that, for the last time, I write to you from our original UK-based OS Commerce FW Music Store. Those of you who are regulars will realize that the store has been shut down for the month of August, and is now set to re-open – with YOUR help! – at a new web location and using multiple warehouses in Toronto, London, Lisbon and Helsinki. We will not be migrating customer databases – so you will have to re-register at the new store just like you did originally on this one, and please subscribe the newsletter. I also ask you to please report any bugs, doubts, queries or questions to EMAIL as soon as you encounter them – help from the FW fan community is always appreciated! We run the store without outside help, all the programming is on our shoulders. Besides a few items that are carry-overs from this store’s stock, we will no longer be sourcing a lot of the material from other labels and distributors. Unfortunately it proved to be a lot of work, a lot of waiting, and often we were let down by our suppliers. And vice versa – for often we did not have enough orders for them, either! And so, without further ado, I hereby invite you to check out the new store at URL. You will see the new release date for The Point, and will also be met by the good news of some upcoming releases by new artists that we are welcoming to Fading Ways (Mazgani, Rita Redshoes) and some new releases by some who you already know (Turku Romantic Movement, Red Orkestra)
